Boulder Revised Code - Ordinances Pending Codification

Ordinances listed below have been passed by the City but have not been incorporated in the actual City code. Please contact the office of the City Clerk if there are any questions concerning the ordinances listed.

NOTE: Recent changes to the B.R.C. (through the below ordinances) will be reflected in yellow throughout this internet version of the B.R.C. The highlights will be removed when the next printed supplement is completed.

Ordinance No. 7701 - an ordinance repealing and reenacting Title 9, Chapter 13, "Inclusionary Zoning," B.R.C. 1981, and amending certain other sections of the Boulder Revised Code to change their references to inclusionary housing from inclusionary zoning, and setting forth related details.

Ordinance No. 7710 - an emergency ordinance adopting Supplement No. 103 and other miscellaneous corrections and amendments, as amendments to the Boulder Revised Code 1981 and setting forth related details.
