Boulder Revised Code - Ordinances Pending Codification

Ordinances listed below have been passed by the City but have not been incorporated in the actual City code. Please contact the office of the City Clerk if there are any questions concerning the ordinances listed.

NOTE: Recent changes to the B.R.C. (through the below ordinances) will be reflected in yellow throughout this internet version of the B.R.C. The highlights will be removed when the next printed supplement is completed.

Ordinance No. 7716 - an ordinance adding a new Chapter 6-14, "Medical Marijuana," B.R.C. 1981; terminating interim regulations adopted by Ordinance No. 7707; adding a new Section 4-20-64, "Medical Marijuana Dispensaries," to Chapter 4-20, "Fees," B.R.C. 1981, and setting forth related details.

Ordinance No. 7718 - an emergency ordinance adopting Supplement No. 104 and other miscellaneous corrections and amendments, as amendments to the Boulder Revised Code 1981 and setting forth related details.

Ordinance No. 7719 - an ordinance amending Section 5-6-10, "Camping or Lodging on Property Without Consent," B.R.C. 1981, by removing the authority of the City Manager to issues permits for camping; and setting forth related details.

Ordinance No. 7722 - an ordinance amending Section 6-1-2, B.R.C. 1981, by amending a definition for "Voice Control" to "Voice and Sight Control," and setting forth related details.

Ordinance No. 7723 - an ordinance amending Title 5, "General Offenses," B.R.C. 1981 by adding crimes related to anti-personnel devices, and setting forth related details.
