Boulder Revised Code - Ordinances Pending Codification

Ordinances listed below have been passed by the City but have not been incorporated in the actual City code. Please contact the office of the City Clerk if there are any questions concerning the ordinances listed.

NOTE: Recent changes to the B.R.C. (through the below ordinances) will be reflected in yellow throughout this internet version of the B.R.C. The highlights will be removed when the next printed supplement is completed.

Ordinance No. 7588 - amending section 4-20-28, "Monthly Wastewater User Charges," B.R.C. 1981 and setting forth related details

Ordinance No. 7592 - to amend Chapter 9, "Police and Fire Pensions" of Title 2, "Government Organization," B.R.C. 1981, by repealing sections 2-9-1 through 2-9-5 and reenacting sections 2-9-1 through 2-9-3 to clarify pension benefits for police officers hired prior to April 8, 1978.
