Fraser Municipal Code (PDF Format)

The Fraser Municipal Code is provided on this website as a public service of Fraser, Colorado. This Internet version of the Fraser Code is different in layout, format, and structure from the original Code. Always refer to the original Code and prepared text when preparing any documents or when making reference to the provisions of the Fraser Code. This Internet version of the Code is not intended to replace the Fraser Code but is a depiction of the Code in another format which is not the official version for reference purposes.

The current Interim Supplement for the Fraser Code contains changes and modifications in Chapters 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, and Appendix through Ordinance No. 386, 2011.

Text affected by the Interim Supplement is highlighted in this internet version of the Code.

Interim supplements are those which are provided in the electronic version of the Municipal Code and include ordinances which are passed by the City Council after the last publication of the supplemented official Code. The electronic interim supplements are shown only in the code text which is amended, and do not include any changes in the tables of contents or index of the Code. The electronic version of the code section affected by a new ordinance is highlighted in yellow in the text of the Code and is for informational purposes only.

When a complete, officially published supplement is accomplished by the City, the highlighted portion of the electronic version will be integrated into the Code, with appropriate changes to the remainder of the Code, including the tables of contents and index.
